Know the difference between this exam and the Florida course:

This test differs from the Florida Permanent Boater Education Course since it only grants a temporary boating certification valid for 90 days. Once issued, this certification will expire after 90 days. For a permanent, lifetime Boater Education ID Card, individuals must complete a separate the full florida course and pass its associated exam.
