What is the course about and why do I need it?
The BoatUS Foundation’s Online Course is NOT Approved by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management to satisfy the mandatory education requirements for boaters born on or after 1/1/1986 who wish to operate a vessel more than 10 hp and all PWC operators.
